Act 11 Makes Changes to Numerous Sections
of the Liquor Code
On June 28th Governor Corbett singed House Bill 148 into law, now known as Act 11. The bill made changes to numerous sections of the Liquor Code. The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board now has information on Act 11 posted on their website, where they summarize the changes and the dates that the various changes go into effect. You can also download an application for a catering licenses which will allow you to hold up to 50 catered events a year.
