Introducing the WIL Connect (Women In Lodging) Mentorship Program

Two years ago, PTLA introduced the WIL Connect program offered through the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA). After holding a successful mixer last year at the Hyatt in Philadelphia, our primary contact left the industry. We have been searching for the right person/people to replace her and they are Donna Holloway & Shaun Wallace from the Hershey Lodge.

We are re-introducing the program with many wonderful events and options to get involved. Our goal is to network, connect, share stories, inspire and work collaboratively as women in the lodging industry. We are very excited to offer a Mentorship Program. Please consider being a Mentor and also pass this along to anyone would gain from being a Protege. We encourage you to involve all women at your place of business.
