The Pennsylvania Tourism & Lodging Association has added an “Inns for Sale” section to its PAINNS.COM website, where PTLA members can advertise the availability of their property for purchase.

PAINNS.COM receives between 4,000 and 5,000 unique visitors each month. Many of the visitors are just looking for a place to stay, but as you may have experienced, those that have enjoyed staying at B&Bs also tend to be interested in owning one someday.

While we realize this is not going to replace the exposure you can get through working with a realtor, it can certainly enhance and supplement what you may already be doing. This opportunity is only available for PTLA members at a cost of only $25 per month (with a three-month minimum).

If you would like to use this venue to advertise your inn for sale, completed and return the Inns for Sale Order Form (PDF). As you will see, each listing can have up to 200 words of description, along with all the necessary contact information and photos. There are no commissions or hidden charges and we can change your listing to “SOLD” at anytime.

We don't like to hear that our member innkeepers are looking to sell their inns, but we realize it's a reality that eventually strikes every innkeeper. We hope this “Inns for Sale” section makes this process easier for you.
