PTLA Sales & Marketing Conference
We encourage you and/or your students to attend this year's Conference, to be held on November 12, 2009, at the Four Points Sheraton in Harrisburg. The registration fee is only $49.00 for students! Check out the Conference agenda and register online at www.patouirsm.org/sales.
LMP National Competition
The Lodging Management Program National Competition will be held at the Marriott Orlando Airport Resort in Orlando, Florida, on April 16 - 18, 2010. The competition will be fierce as the top state LMP winners will compete for lodging scholarships from leading universities.
LMP State Competition
The team of students that win the LMP State Competition will participate in the National event. The State Competition is scheduled for March 10 -12, 2010, at the Nittany Lion Inn in State College.
Please mark the dates for both competitions on your calendars.
Culinary Career Days
PTLA will sponsor two Culinary Career Days in March 2010. March 23, 2010 is the date for the Pittsburgh Culinary Career Day at the Holiday Inn Pittsburgh Airport. The Harrisburg Culinary Career Day will be held on March 31, 2010, at the Whitaker Center in downtown Harrisburg. These two events will feature prominent industry professionals who will talk to students about their jobs and career journey. Please mark your calendars and make plans to attend.
