This hour-long webinar included a presentation by the PA Department of Agriculture's Bureau of Food Safety (BFS) staff who explained the regulations as they currently exist and discussed various steps required to obtain an “Eating and Drinking” license. Recognizing that in many areas township ordinances may also be a hurdle, they also discussed zoning issues, how to address them, and how the Bureau of Food Safety can assist.
