The PTLA’s 2007-2008 Hospitality Compensation & Benefits Survey is now available. Each year, the PTLA’s Human Resources Committee strives to provide a quality publication that will assist you in your everyday operation. With this publication, you will be able to review wages in your area to remain competitive in attracting and retaining the best employees in the marketplace.

The survey is broken down by region and position and includes start, maximum, and average wage information for each position. As in past years, the survey comes as an enhanced PDF file on CD-ROM, which allows for the addition of colored charts and graphs as well as navigation and search enhancements. The information was compiled this year by bmc of Lancaster.

With the labor pool continuing to shrink and qualified employees more difficult to find, the survey will afford you the ability to ensure you are offering the appropriate wages and benefits. The survey will also assist with budgeting for labor expenditures.
