Pinnacle Ridge Winery The winemaking philosophy at Pinnacle Ridge is one of minimal intervention using traditional methods. This approach ensures that the unique flavors produced in our vineyards are retained and showcased in our award-winning wines. At Pinnacle Ridge, only locally grown grapes are used to make our sparkling and table wines. The grapes are primarily grown in our estate vineyard and at nearby Round Ridge Farms, both in Berks County. The vineyards are located on shale-filled hillsides which promote small crops of very high quality grapes, steeped with local character.
