Chef Michael Adams

Adams is a 1991 graduate of the Culinary Institute, Hyde Park, New York. He has been the Farmhouse Chef and an owner since 2000. With Adams as chef, the Farmhouse has been reviewed and featured in Gourmet magazine, FoodArts magazine, Beer Advocate magazine, the Philadelphia Inquirer, Business Week, Lehigh Valley Style, Lehigh Valley Magazine, The Morning Call, The Fretz Kitchen and WFMZ-TV Channel 69. Adams has also demonstrated his innovative techniques as a guest chef at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, Pa.

Last winter, Adams was named the first-ever PA Preferred Best Chef of Pennsylvania. Adams squared off against four other top chefs from around the commonwealth as part of the 2007 Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg.
