At age 29, and with 17 years of experience in F&B, Jason Neff has done everything from washing dishes to his current position as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, a four star/five diamond luxury resort in southwestern Pennsylvania. With a majority of his experience within the restaurant scene of our nation's capital, Neff's background includes Assistant to the Executive Chef at Claiborne's Chophouse, Regional Training Manager for Jillian's Entertainment, Inc. - where he was the youngest corporate manager at age 23, and General Manager (at age 25) for a privately held group of three restaurants and a special event company focusing on large political events.

When he is not overseeing the multi-faceted food and beverage operation at Nemacolin - ranging from casual American fare to AAA Five Diamond French fine dining - Neff spends time with his three year-old daughter, Isabella, and his girlfriend Suzanne, as well as golfing, cooking and studying wine.
