MI A Kim is a 35+year resident of State College, Pa, married and a father of two daughters, and active community member. Mr. Kim has served on many Penn State Committees involving diversity issues , including Chair of the Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity, member of the PSU Finance and Business Diversity Key Initiative Team, the Office of Physical Plant's Diversity Committee, and the Office of Human Resources Diversity Task Force. Mr. Kim is a very active community member as well. He has co-chaired the Leadership Centre County Diversity Team, is Vice-chair of the Centre County Drug and Alcohol Council, is an active member of the Lions Club, and has coached youth sports for the past 16 years. Mr. Kim travels throughout the United States instructing for Penn State's Facilities Engineering Institute in the College Of Engineering. “My interest is in helping (how ) hospitality institutions (can) become more involved with community
