Steve Picarde is President of PI Midlantic, a nine person consulting firm based in Annapolis Maryland. Founded by Steve in 1985, PI Midlantic works with organizations in the areas of selection, organizational development and sales assessment and training and is an exclusive licensee of the Predictive Index Program.

Steve and his team partner with 200 companies internationally; from Fortune 500's to 8 person start-ups. PI Midlantic's client list includes Sonesta Hotels, Sunrise Senior Living, Mandarin Oriental Hotels, Peabody Hotel Group, and The Biltmore to name a few.

Prior to founding PI Midlantic, Steve was a principle in Scheduling Dynamics, a Chicago based consulting firm.

Steve Picarde holds a BS Pharmacy from Northeastern University, Boston and graduate work at The George Washington University, Washington, DC.
He sits on three corporate boards and several community volunteer boards.
Steve authors articles for several trade publications.

In addition to conducting PI Management workshops, Steve maintains an active executive coaching practice and is a frequent speaker.
