"I Hired employees and people showed up"
Understanding people to improve Selection, Development and Retention
Steve Picarde, President, PI Midlantic [speaker's bio]
This workshop will focus on understanding behavior and how that can help you to become effective in achieving your objectives. It also includes clearly defining expectations/key results, motivating and developing your employees to be the best they can be and identifying the specific behavioral attributes needed to be consistently successful and then using those as a benchmark against applicants and existing employees to determine the right fit.

The Predictive Index, used by 7,000 companies in 140 countries, is a behavioral assessment tool that measures an individual's natural behavioral style, how they will approach leadership, and how they will relate to others. You will find the results interesting and applicable. Should you wish to complete a survey, simply email a request to apicarde@pimidlantic.com and put Lodging/HR Conference in the heading.
