The Pennsylvania Tourism & Lodging Association presents the Pennsylvania Spirit of Hospitality Awards as a means of honoring exceptional performance, commitment and achievements in the hospitality and tourism industry. The awards will be presented during the Spirit of Hospitality Awards Dinner on April 26, 2010, at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey.
Give your staff and your property the biggest compliment by nominating an employee or program for a Spirit of Hospitality Award in one of the following categories:
Lodging Employee of the Year
Department Manager of the Year
General Manager of the Year
Innkeeper of the Year
Community Service Award
Guest Relations Award
Student of the Year Award

We know there are so many worthy recipients of theses awards, but since most individuals are reluctant to nominate themselves, you need to take that crucial step and NOMINATE SOMEONE TODAY!
Your response is especially important for the category of Associate Member of the Year. We ask that you help us recognized these individuals that have provided excellent customer service, demonstrated outstanding business principles, or have made a special contribution in another way while serving the hospitality industry.
Please take a few minutes to review the terms of consideration and entry rules for nominations found in the Call for Nominations. Nominees will be judged on the content of the information provided in an essay format. The recognition of your business, employee or manager being chosen for exemplary qualities will distinguish you as a leader in our industry. All nominations must be submitted in an essay format.
Additional information, including published articles, letters from guests and employees, documentation of recognition, etc., will be accepted in addition to the essay.
