Hospitality Compensation Survey

PTLA has once again partnered with WageWatch, Inc., the leading Web-based compensation and benefits survey company, to conduct a Pennsylvania statewide survey of the hotel industry. We are pleased to be involved with WageWatch from the first survey design step, so that our members can benefit from the type of information that WageWatch will provide, as well as the ease of participating in the survey and obtaining the results.

The Compensation Survey will report data for 38 key management, salaried, and hourly jobs. Results are reported state-wide as well as for local areas whenever five or more locations submit data. The list of positions are:
