Training Opportunity - DHS Protective Measures Course
The Southeastern PA Regional Task Force and US Department of Homeland Security is offering the DHS Protective Measures Course. This two day course is offered to security officers, mid-level safety/security supervisors, and property managers in public/private sectors and is designed to provide students with the knowledge to identify vulnerabilities and select appropriate Protective Measures for their unique facility.
The course focuses on providing information pertaining to common vulnerabilities, available Protective Measures, and strategies for selecting appropriate Protective Measures. Students spend 16 hours in the classroom during which time instructors present information and students participate in various in-class activities and practical exercises designed to reinforce learning.
