Enclosed you will find information on listing your inn on PAINNS.COM, as we will be re-launching this website in January of 2012.

As a member benefit to our B&B members, the PTLA launched PAINNS.COM in 2004, and we have been growing ever since.

As you read the Rate Card and Contract (PDF), you will find details about the advertising opportunities and how we can market your property for more visibility. There are several advertising opportunities and we hope you will note that the prices have not been increased at all!

The featured rotations are a great way to draw attention to your inn. Properties will be able to be a part of a rotation (15 properties on the front page and 10 for each region) that will be highlighted at the top of the page. Some may choose to be on both the front page AND the regional page rotation for the most exposure!

Each year we try to improve on the previous version of the site. PAINNS.COM is currently being revamped to make it even more visitor-friendly and “mobile friendly”. We will be including Google Map technology to help visitors find their way to your inn. The site will also be modernized with new visuals and search engine optimization. The money generated from advertising will allow us to make future improvements and market the site to push traffic (ultimately) to you!
