|

PTLA's Third Annual Sales & Marketing Conference kicked off with a very well attended Welcome Reception. The Radisson Penn Harris Hotel & Convention Center out did themselves in setting the atmosphere.
Things really started cooking the next day. While the weather was somewhat threatening it did not damper the spirits of those attending. An outstanding team of speakers offered exceptional presentations on a variety of topics related to the industry.
Monica Gould, President of Strategic Consulting Partners shared great ideas in her presentation What's My Communication Style? Many conference attendees participated, illustrating different personality styles. It was not too surprising to find so many Spirited attendees. Following Monica, Ed Iannarella, President of Stonehedge Consulting Group entertained the group with both some magical illusions as well as an abundance of information in Hi-Speed Rapport Building: Key Ingredients for Instant Connection With Your New Prospects. How did Ed get that silverware to float in the air?
Julie Payne, Director of Tourism Development with Summit Marketing & Communications Group offered a creative presentation on Cyber Marketing, which included a variety of nostalgic jingles. James S. Rowell, Co-Founder / President of Rising Sun Consultants shared with us a variety of skill areas to improve our daily and professional communication in Communication That Builds Employee & Customer Engagement.
