Loisrae joined PTLA in February of 2003.  She brought with her several years of bookkeeping and customer relations experience.  Her duties include the maintenance of numerous data based programs required to administer the Pennsylvania Logo Signing Program.  She also functions in the same capacity for the Southwest Pennsylvania Signing Program.
