New Wage and Salary Survey for Pennsylvania Hoteliers

PA Tourism & Lodging Association has partnered with WageWatch, Inc., the leading Web-based compensation and benefits survey company, to conduct a Pennsylvania statewide survey of the hotel industry. We are pleased to have been involved with WageWatch from the first survey design step so that our members can benefit from both the type of information that WageWatch will provide as well as the ease of participating in the survey and obtaining the results.

The Compensation Survey will report data for 37 key management, salaried, and hourly jobs. Results will be reported state-wide and for local areas as long as five or more properties in a locale submit data - providing you with timely data on hiring rates and average compensation. (see sample report below)

WageWatch currently conducts the most successful hospitality industry compensation survey in the United States, with over 200 Pennsylvania properties reporting data in 2007. With additional PA Tourism & Lodging Association members participating in the survey, the database will be of additional value to our members.

How to participate:

The deadline for data has been extended! Beginning April 14th, you will be able to advance order a copy of the results through a link provided on our website. Payment will be accepted by credit card over WageWatch's secured site, and results will be sent electronically in a PDF file directly to you.
